About the event
This Summer Dinner Series is carefully crafted around good food, affordability, transformative education, and community building. Come to all three if you can because this is something you really do not want to miss.
Each meal will be locally sourced and purposely intended to highlight our local food system here in north Texas. Here are the lineup of speakers who will guide us in some meanigful table conversation.
- On June 16, Thomas Locke of Bois d'Arc Meat Company got us started with "What is Regenerative?"
- On July 14, Tucker and Elizabeth Nickols will continue with "What is Local?" Tucker is the farm manager at McKinney Roots and Elizabeth is Executive Assistant at Wells Group.
- On August 11, Susie Marshall, founder and Executive Director of Grow North Texas, will conclude our series with "What Can I Do?"
This is informal and casual so if you want to bring a favorite beverage or any dishes of your own, feel free.
But you can also bring just your appetite because we will have a full plate ready for you.
Please note any and all dietary restrictions upon registration so we can make this a comfortable evening for you.
See you on the farm!
