Private events

Whether you are planning a farm wedding, a church retreat, a bridal or baby shower, birthday party, or banquet we can offer a beautiful setting.

The Sister Grove Pavilion is an indoor group gathering space with a breathtaking view of the pond and north pasture. It can accommodate up to 50 people with tables and chairs available for setting up according to your needs. Complete with a commercial kitchen, it has everything needed for your caterer, chef, or your own personal use. In addition to a double oven, six burner stove, and four burner griddle it includes a commercial size ice-maker, two large dishwashers, upright refrigerator, a 64 bottle wine refrigerator (BYOB), upright freezer, and a food warmer/proofer. Pans and cooking utensils are provided as are dishes, glasses, silverware, and napkins. There are also two restrooms (one with a shower).

 

Your AV needs have been attended to as well with a 75" frame television complete with HDMI and audio connection. Microphone and PA System is included. Sound is available inside the pavilion and on outside porches.

Weather permitting, you may enjoy using the Dining Terrace. Located immediately adjacent to both the Pavilion and the Garden, you can enjoy dinner under the lights for up to 42 people. The sturdy picnic tables on this terrace are made from cedar that was harvested and milled from our farm. While sturdy, they are portable and can be removed if you would rather use this terrace as a dance floor.

FEES

Rental fees (based on group size of 1-50 people) is typically $125/hour with a four-hour minimum or $1250/all day (10am-midnight) – includes set up and take-down.

Any groups between 51-100 people (i.e. larger weddings, special events) are considered on a case by case basis with fees increased to $250/hour or $2500/all day.

All day reservations can be made a year in advance. Less than full day rentals can be made up to four months in advance.

You are welcome to use any photographer, professional or amateur, at our venue. Any pictures of your event used in their public promotions must identify Sister Grove Farm as the venue. Likewise, copies of all event photographs must be made available to Sister Grove Farm for our communications with the understanding that credit will always be given to that photographer.
